Mauro Marcucci
For Mauro, dining means sharing a good, loving time with the family. This is what he translates into the restaurants. Looking after customers like they are family. Welcome home.
Francesco Di Gioia
internationally in London and Sydney, now in Bali.
As he branched overseas, he learnt how to shape Italian food with local resources while preserving traditions.
